£50 Initial Advice

Litigation is a risky venture and at the outset is often very uncertain. For that reason and to ensure that your costs are kept low I can produce an initial Advice for a fixed fee of £50 +VAT (£57.50). This Advice will be around two pages in length to provide you with an informed basis on which you can make the decision whether to proceed with litigation or not.

Should you decide to proceed and you instruct me to act for you I will reduce the cost of the second piece of work I undertake for you by £57.50 so that you are not paying more than anyone else.
