Case Management Hearing
Preparation Service

You get a clear, judge‑friendly Position Statement and CMH Agenda—prepared by me.
You stay in control; I do the heavy lifting

Why preparation matters

  • Many CMHs go off the rails because the case is not set out and the agenda is weak.
  • The Judge needs clarity – clear, organised paperwork makes their job easier and ensures your case is understood from the start.
  • It sets the tone with the other side – when your documents are sharp and focused, it shows you’re prepared and serious, which can stop them trying to push you around.
  • It locks in the issues early – strong paperwork makes sure nothing important is missed, so you avoid delays, confusion, or costly mistakes later on.

Once that is provided I will send a fixed quote.

and finalise the paperwork.

(10 days before the CMH)

Final pack to you

The time scale above is the ideal timetable, I may be able to do the work with less time before the Preliminary Hearing, please enquire.

Who is it for

  • Litigants in person who want their case presented clearly at CMH.
  • Parties with messy pleadings who need the issues distilled.
  • People who can answer short, focused questions on time.

Who is it not for

  • Same‑day/last‑minute CMHs.
  • Anyone wanting representation at the hearing.
  • Claims in Bristol, Exeter, Plymouth or Southampton Employment Tribunals as, because I sit there as a Judge, I am unable to be involved in any cases in those Tribunals.

Pricing

  • Fixed quote after the paper check. I don’t guess before I’ve seen your documents.
  • Course discount: if you’ve taken Case Management Hearings Made Simple, you’ll receive £100 off your quote

Small print: Price covers one Position Statement + one CMH Agenda + one revision pass. Additional iterations, late expansions of scope, or urgent turnarounds are quoted separately.

FAQ Section

Can you represent me at the CMH?

This is a paperwork‑only service. You take the documents and lodge them yourself. If you need a referral for representation, ask and I’ll point you to resources

How fast can this be done?

The standard timetable aims to deliver the final pack 10 days before the CMH, so you can lodge at least 7 days before. If you’re too close to the date, I may decline your request, to avoid setting you up to fail as i may not have capactiy to assist.

What documents do you need?

I will provide you with a list of documents that I will need in order to assess your case.

I took your Case Management Hearings Course, how do i claim my discount?

Mention it in the email and I will reduce any quote to you by £100 for your loyalty.

What if I want to change the claim?

One revision pass is included in the fee covering any changes to Position Statement in relation to the factual allegations contained in the Claim Form. if you wish to add complaints to the claim, or new claims, then an amendment application will be needed. Please enquire about this

Will you contact the tribunal or otherside for me

No, the paperwork will need to come from you as I am not representing you. To make it easier I will give you a ready made cover email. If you are happy with it, all you will need to do is copy and paste it into your email and make a few adjustments and hit send.

Can you confirm the 7‑day rule?

Yes. Your agenda should be lodged no later than 7 days before the CMH. Build in time for your own checks.

Ready to sound clear at your CMH?

No obligation. If I cannot take your case, I will tell you quickly
