Can I claim injury to feelings awards for Unfair Dismissal?

The short answer is "no"... but...

...you can if the dismissal was also unlawfully discriminatory, a detriment because you blew the whistle or harassing. Pure unfair dismissal claims only cover financial loss—not emotional harm
