What Happens After a Case Management Hearing?

Receiving the Case Management Order

After the CMH, the tribunal will issue a written Case Management Order. This document sets out the decisions made during the hearing, including deadlines for disclosing documents, exchanging witness statements and other preparatory steps. Preparing for Future Hearings

Working from the directions in the Case Management Order, you will usually need to:

• Disclose relevant documents — share all documents relevant to your case with the respondent.
• Exchange witness statements — prepare and exchange written statements from any witnesses you plan to call.
• Compile the hearing bundle — work with the respondent to assemble a bundle of the documents that will be referred to at the final hearing.
