A calculator, a pen and a printed table of figures

If you’ve won, or you’re working out what your claim is worth, this is where the figures are decided. If a claim succeeds, the tribunal decides what the respondent has to put right. This stage is about what a tribunal can award, from the Schedule of Loss to compensation and injury to feelings, and how those figures are worked out.

Important — information, not advice. This website explains how the Employment Tribunal process works in general terms. It is legal information, not legal advice, and using it does not create a barrister–client relationship. For advice on your own circumstances you should consult a qualified lawyer.
