Can Someone Else Write My Witness Statement for Employment Tribunal?
It’s common to ask for help when writing a witness statement for employment tribunal, especially as a litigant in person. The good news: someone else can help—but only in a limited, proper way.

You are responsible for the truth of the statement. While a friend, colleague, or volunteer may help with typing, structuring, or formatting, the witness statement content must come from you.

Peope are using AI to write their statement: this is very risky and is often easily detected by teh tribunal and other side. It is risky as the. contents of the statement is not your evidence but rather that of the LLM or other system you have used: it may make matters up which are untrue or did not happen.

What form of help can you get:
