WhERE can i get help of my claim might be struck out?

There are various sources of legal advice. If you are able to you can seek the assistance of a solicitor or a barrister under the Direct Access Scheme. I have a serties of blog posts on the direct access scheme here.

Also, check any insurance policies you may have. these can include a Legal Expenses Insurance Indemnity, which may provide you with cover for employment litigation.

Finally, there are sources of free legal advice including, from Law Centres, Citizen's Advice; Advocate (a charity set up by barristers to give free legal advice and assistance) the Free Representation Unit.
